Free 30 Day Return Policy
To give you complete confidence, Diamond Exchange offers a Free 30 Day Return Policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund subject to the following terms:
• The item is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch from Diamond Exchange to you.
• The centre diamond must be within our recommended quality range - Colour: D-G, Clarity: VS1-SI1, Cut: Ideal to Excellent, Polish: Excellent (or EX to VG for fancy shapes), Symmetry: Excellent (or EX to VG for fancy shapes), Fluorescence: Nil to Faint
• The setting has not been customised.
• The item is returned in its original condition with accompanying certificates.
This policy excludes loose diamonds and all other rings and jewellery that do not have a centre diamond that fits within our recommended quality range as detailed above.
